A couple from Scottsdale walked into our showroom with a mission to find new window treatments for their home. They were immediately drawn to Hunter Douglas Pirouette Window Shadings. It was love at first sight. When I mentioned they could be motorized, that was the icing on the cake.

The living areas double as extra sleeping areas when the whole family was in town, so “room darkening” fabrics were selected and PowerView Motorization was added. A wall switch instead of a remote was installed because they figured the remotes would get lost.

My homeowners are seasonal visitors, so security was a major concern. The answer was to install the PowerView Hub in the home.
The Hub interfaces with the PowerView App. When the homeowners are gone, they can control their window treatments by using their mobile device or table. From anywhere they are, they can programming their shades to open and close on command.
