Shower Makeover in Peoria AZ
Bob & Terry from Peoria, AZ called us because they said their shower was very closed in and felt like a cave. They were looking for ideas and suggestions on how to make it feel more luxurious and spa like. We scheduled an appointment for the following day to meet with the couple.
When they showed us the space, it evident that they needed to make some changes. After talking about materials, colors, functionality and overall appearance, we came up with a game plan. We started by reconfiguring the opening from a small 26” door to a long pony wall with a glass panel at the top. We then added a second hand held shower head in addition to a fixed shower head. Something the home owners loved, is we moved the controls to just inside the pony wall, so they could turn the water on, allowing the hot water to get warm first without getting wet. Finally, decorative glass and stone tile accents on the wall were added and an in niche gave the new shower interest. We used Brahms 12”x24” tiles from Emser and accent by UBC.

Bob and Terry are thrilled with their new shower. They now have a space that doesn’t feel cramped and has provided them the spaciousness they desired, not to mention it has added value to their home.
