My Kitchen Has The Wow Factor Now

II am thrilled with the results of my kitchen makeover. George, you had such good ideas and guided me to select cabinets and a countertop that work well together. And the sink complements both. Being able to view the computer graphic from the outset really was helpful. I am a visual person, so this allowed me to see what the end result would be like. In addition, you being on hand when the cabinets were delivered to check them relieved me of any concerns.
During the entire experience, I felt I was in good hands and could trust everyone connected with the job.
Friends and family who have seen my new kitchen have been impressed. This kitchen has the “wow” factor, indeed.

They Listened To My Needs

The most appreciated (and often overlooked) aspect of this job was the prompt, on time follow through on every aspect of the project. I often felt as if I were the only customer and was given all the time I needed. Good ideas were constantly flowing back and forth. I have already sung my high praises for you to several friends. Marianne understood that my finances were not unlimited and yet, she gave her all…….which was a lot. To have all my needs taken care of through one center was priceless. Thanks for being there. Altra Home Decor Went the Extra Mile

I know I didn’t complete all the questions on the survey, but they would have been answered with excellent marks. I like to live with a product before I comment on it and we have enjoyed our new Caesarstone countertop for a few months now. We are extremely pleased with the product and the installation. Your customer service was excellent, from our time spent in your store and the time you spent out at our house. Honestly, you were not the least expensive bid, but your customer service won you the job. We felt you went the extra mile in helping with our decision of product and would be around in case there were a problem. We love the color and have found that it is dark enough to accent our cabinets yet doesn’t show the dust! Love it!
